Delete your Smatick account

To request deletion of your Smatick account and associated personal data: 1. Email [email protected] from the address registered with Smatick, with the subject "Delete my Smatick account". 2. Identify the account and any relevant workspace; say whether you want the account deleted or only specific data. Never send your password. 3. We verify ownership and respond using the time limits below. Account deletion removes your profile, login access, active sessions and associated personal data, subject to the retention limits below. Data belonging to a shared company workspace may require instructions from that company; tell us if you are its owner. Accounting, security and legal-claims records may be retained where required, for the applicable legal obligation or investigation. We explain any retained data and applicable retention period in our response.

Send a request

Email [email protected] specifying your request, relevant email or chat identifier, and website or workspace. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may request proportionate verification. For chats on another company’s site, address that company as controller; we can help route the request.

Rights

Under applicable GDPR conditions, request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent. Solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects have additional protections, including human intervention where applicable.

Response and limits

We respond to GDPR requests without undue delay, normally within one month. If complexity or volume requires up to two additional months, we explain this within the first month. Legally required or claims-related records may be retained. Smatick erasure does not automatically erase third-party CRM, messenger or AI records; these require separate handling.

Complaints

You may contact us or complain to a competent supervisory authority, including under GDPR the authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, workplace or alleged infringement.
