Your company determines the purpose, legal ground, notices, recipients and retention instructions for customer data. jCube Web SRL processes workspace data for your configured workflows. We separately control our own account, billing, security and support data.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
Contact [email protected] to arrange a DPA before transferring customer personal data. GDPR Article 28 requires documented instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessor terms, assistance with rights and incidents, deletion or return, and audit information. This information page is not itself an executed DPA.
Configuration
Choose models, channels and integrations appropriate for your data. Your notice should explain AI, CRM and MCP recipients and international processing. Widget consent records include the notice version and time, separately from marketing. German hosting alone does not establish GDPR compliance.
Export and erasure
Authorized workspace administrators can export and erase subject data using the privacy tools and the relevant conversation identifier. Handle third-party copies separately and set retention appropriate to your purpose; the service does not currently expire conversations automatically by age.
