Optional Google Analytics is off by default and does not load before consent. Accept and reject are equally available. Closing settings or browsing does not give consent. Change your choice anytime using the small button at the bottom left.
Necessary cookie
smatick_cookie_consent is a first-party cookie storing the version, analytics choice, saved time and expiry for 180 days after either acceptance or rejection. It is not an advertising identifier. We ask again after expiry or a version change. If storage is blocked, analytics remains off.
Optional Google Analytics
When configured and accepted, Google receives technical and website visit data. _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> distinguish visits and sessions. Our tag sets 180-day cookie lifetime without automatic renewal. Advertising consent stays denied; Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Withdrawal stops tracking and removes accessible analytics cookies on this website; data already sent is not recalled.
Chat storage
On this website, the Smatick widget loads only after you enable Support chat in Cookie settings or accept all. It uses localStorage smatick:<widget>:<language>:session, :visitor, :open and :size for the session and display preferences. Message history comes from the server. Turning chat off clears this widget’s browser storage and reloads the page to stop it; this does not delete messages already stored on the server. Analytics permission is separate.
Withdraw or change
Open Cookie settings, turn Analytics or Support chat off and save, or select Necessary only to disable both. You can also clear website data in the browser.
